We work with landlords and lettings agents to pay rent every month for 12 months of the year, from 3-10 years. Whether we have the property let or not, this will not affect your rent being paid. We effectively become the tenant of the property, the sub-let the rooms, taking care to select the most suitable tenants and then manage the property throughout, allowing the landlord or agent, complete peace of mind.

Unlike a managing agent, we don’t take a percentage of rent. Instead, we pay you the rent, managing the whole property on a longer term basis, with the rent being paid, every month, 12 months of the year.

This will not affect your payments every month. These are our tenants and our issue. You will not be aware if a tenant does not pay, we deal with this issue and still pay the agreed rent.
