HJK Homes currently work with some of the most established agents in Hampshire and Dorset, we pride ourselves on our relationships and how efficiently we can take a deal from start to finish.

 

HOW IT WORKS

We can work with agents in two ways. The first being ‘retaining management’, with no involvement. We are happy for you receive your monthly management fee, every month for the term of the agreement, and you do not have to do anything. This is simply paid from you, bringing us the deal.

Secondly, if you would rather and up front, finders fee then we can do this. This means that you introduce us to the deal/landlord, in return we pay a finder’s fee.
